Nurse Practitioner

As an RN Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing care plans, and educating patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and documenting patient information
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety

Requirements:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice
- BSN degree or higher from an accredited nursing program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records systems
