We are looking for a dedicated Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to become a vital part of our expanding Group Reporting & Financial Reporting team.

You will play a key role in the preparation and distribution of external unaudited and audited standalone financial statements, as well as the submission of financial data for corporate group reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue financial reports, including annual audited and monthly/quarterly unaudited financial statements in accordance with US GAAP for external stakeholders, while also supporting internal segment group reporting under IFRS.
  • Draft footnotes for the annual audited financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate accounting and presentation of financial statements related to debt and equity instruments, commodity and financial derivatives, and leases.
  • Facilitate audit support and manage inquiries from external auditors regarding financial statement audits and group reporting package reviews.
  • Assist local and group accounting teams with ad-hoc requests related to financial information and support for business/Merger & Acquisitions.
  • Support the implementation of new US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, staying informed on changes in regulations, and proactively enhance accounting practices and financial reporting processes for improved accuracy and efficiency.
  • Foster a high-quality, deliverable-focused culture within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or Accounting.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
  • Experience in a large corporate environment is preferred.
  • Proficient in preparing annual audited financial statements with footnotes.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
  • Experience in wind energy project development, power industry, or real estate partnerships is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is beneficial.
  • Experience in tax equity is a plus.
