Vista Host is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to provide exceptional customer service to all hotel guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and accommodating. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for balancing revenue and expense transactions, managing guest complaints, and maintaining the cleanliness of the hotel lobby and front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform quality assurance for financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Act as night manager on duty, overseeing the hotel's financial operations and making decisions to ensure smooth operations.
  • Balance credit card transactions, managing revenue and expense accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage guest complaints and concerns, escalating issues to management as needed to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the hotel lobby and front desk area, ensuring a positive impression for guests.
  • Complete all other assigned duties, including administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to stand for long periods, with the physical stamina to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, with the physical ability to move around the hotel as needed.
