Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all phases of litigation, including case strategy formulation, drafting legal documents, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court.
  • Provide expert legal counsel and support to clients regarding personal injury or workers compensation issues.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring their legal needs are met with excellence.
  • Collaborate with a team of attorneys and paralegals to effectively manage case workloads.
  • Conduct thorough legal research to substantiate claims and defenses.
  • Represent the firm with professionalism, maintaining our reputation for excellence and integrity in all client and court interactions.
  • Stay informed on current laws, rulings, and regulations pertinent to personal injury and workers compensation law.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed attorney in good standing with the state bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, focusing on personal injury or workers compensation law.
  • Demonstrated success in litigation, including trial experience.
  • Exceptional legal research and writing capabilities.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong ethical standards and commitment to legal integrity.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
