Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including medical diagnosis, treatment, and prescription of medications
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify their healthcare needs
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care initiatives to improve patient outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Current licensure as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) in the state of Pennsylvania
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an acute care setting
  • Experience in cardiology or surgical backgrounds preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS and PALS certifications may be required
