Nurse Professional

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs
* Develop and implement education plans to promote patient understanding and self-care
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
**Requirements:**
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as a RN in the State of Georgia in good standing
* Minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience as a RN post-orientation or post-residency training
* Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS)
* Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* BSN degree
* National Certification in Clinical Specialty
