Job Summary

Anew Era TMS is seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric assessments and ongoing treatment to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
  • Provide ongoing medication management and monitoring to ensure optimal client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and continuity.
  • Participate in team conferences and contribute to the development of client care plans.
  • Attend and participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement protocols for emergency situations and make timely referrals as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure optimal care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health.
  • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of practice.
  • Experience working in a psychiatric setting, preferably with a focus on mental health treatment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and other relevant software systems.
