Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Warehouse & Production Associate to join our team at Savers / Value Village. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our retail warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the receiving, processing, and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Production Support: Support the production team in the processing and preparation of merchandise for sale, including tasks such as sorting, grading, and pricing.
  • Warehouse Operations: Assist in the maintenance of a safe and efficient warehouse environment, including tasks such as cleaning, organization, and inventory control.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives, including tasks such as receiving, processing, and stocking of merchandise.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Previous Retail or Warehouse Experience: Preferred.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Required.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: Required.
  • Physical Ability to Lift Up to 50 Pounds: Required.
