Job Overview:
Western Mass News is seeking a dedicated and skilled visual storyteller/photojournalist to join our award-winning news team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic, experienced, and talented newsroom environment. Proficiency with non-linear editing equipment and the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Capture and edit video and audio content for all WMN multimedia platforms
- Demonstrate expertise in videography and video editing
- Collaborate with team members or work independently to gather news
- Maintain responsibility for assigned equipment and live devices (Live U)

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a television editor/photographer or relevant internships

Flexible work hours are essential; candidates must be willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, late nights, holidays, weekends, and potential overtime.
