Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and serve all customers in a courteous, friendly, and efficient manner.
  • Be aware of sales/promotions and comply with thrift store and donation center operations.
  • Adhere to all The Salvation Army store policies and safety procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimally 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Retail sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work varying shifts to include Saturdays.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Must successfully complete a background check.
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds.
  • Working knowledge of basic computer operations and able to efficiently learn new applications.
