Job DescriptionAs a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality pet grooming services while ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized care that meets their expectations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service by executing style requests and communicating effectively.
- Provide exemplary cosmetic care for pets, including washing, shampooing, conditioning, shaving, trimming, and styling.
- Maintain overall pet hygiene through regular nail clipping, tooth brushing, and ear cleaning.
- Clean and sanitize workstations before and after each client visit.
- Advise pet owners on at-home care tips and best practices.
The ideal candidate is a hardworking, customer-focused individual who can build lasting relationships with pet owners and provide quality care to their pets. Experience in pet grooming, customer service, and working with animals is essential for this role.
Compensation: $45,000 - $85,000 per year. Benefits include 401K, PTO, raises, performance bonuses, career advancement opportunities, discounted daycare, flexible hours, and company outings.
Requirements- Experience in pet grooming.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work comfortably with anxious pets.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
