Electrical Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrician to join our team at Labor Finders.

As an Electrician with our company, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks related to setting up and maintaining electrical infrastructure. Your experience with different types of electrical devices and systems, including installing electrical wiring in buildings and poles, troubleshooting malfunctions and blackouts, and repairing appliances, is highly valued.

• Read blueprints or technical diagrams to understand electrical systems and plans.
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems, ensuring they function correctly and safely.
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers, to identify potential issues.
• Use various testing devices to identify electrical problems and determine the best course of action for repair or replacement.
• Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand tools and power tools, following industry standards and safety protocols.
• Familiarize yourself with state and local building regulations based on the National Electrical Code to ensure compliance.
• Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment, promoting efficiency and quality workmanship.

• Prior experience as an electrician, preferably in industrial and/or commercial settings.
• Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools, such as wire strippers and voltmeters, as well as electrical drawings and blueprints.
• Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
• Strong physical strength, stamina, and flexibility to work long shifts and overnight, as needed.
• A valid license to practice as an electrician, reflecting your commitment to professionalism and expertise.
