Job Title: Interventional Radiology Technologist

CrossMed - Cath Lab is seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel position in Charleston, West Virginia.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team. As a travel Interventional Radiology Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and assisting with interventional radiology procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with interventional radiology procedures, including angioplasty, stenting, and embolization.
  • Provide patient care and education, including pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure follow-up.
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and after procedures.
  • Administer medications as ordered and document patient responses.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the cath lab and patient rooms.
  • Transport patients as needed and assist with other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
