- Provide direct patient care in the emergency room setting, including assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other support staff, to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 2 years recent RN experience in an emergency room setting.
- Certification in BCLS, ACLS, NRP, and PALS, as required by the specialty assigned.
