We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our team at Matrimonial and Family Law Firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our attorneys and assisting with various aspects of family law cases.
Key Responsibilities- Drafting and Preparation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Prepare statements of net worth and proposed disposition
- Assemble trial evidence and prepare trial binders
- Discovery and Research
- Manage and track all aspects of discovery for all cases
- Prepare D&I notices and responses, Interrogatories, and review discovery documents
- Document Preparation
- Draft subpoenas and track responses
- Prepare real estate transfer documents and other related documents
- Administrative Support
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and trial
- Provide general administrative support to the firm
- Experience in family law or a related field
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Salary range $70,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience
