Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of function and occupation.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs to meet the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial needs of patients.
  • Promote patient self-determination by optimizing outside resource utilization and achieving the highest level of independence.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various disciplines and services involved in patient care.
  • Advocate for patients and ensure their needs are met.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited school of occupational therapy.
  • SNF experience preferred.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic internet navigation skills.
  • Valid certification from the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) and valid Occupational Therapist state license (where applicable).
