Merchandising Lead

As a Merchandising Lead at Sam's Club, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support, and promoting the company's products and services. You will also assist management with supervising associates, training, and developing their skills, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs
- Assists management with supervising associates, training, and developing their skills
- Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures
- Receives and stocks supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors
- Maintains safety of facility by conducting safety sweeps and following procedures
- Ensures maintenance of sales floor and merchandise presentation
- Monitors food and merchandise quality by ensuring product rotation, code dating, and sanitation standards
- Develops and implements processes and practices to meet business needs
- Demonstrates and promotes compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
- Leading a team and supervising experience

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $28.00*. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
