Location:
This position is based in a distribution center environment.

Role Overview:


The Operational Efficiency Specialist will evaluate and report on key performance indicators of the distribution center operations, focusing on efficiency, output, and incentive program metrics across the North American network.

This role will collaborate closely with the Operations and Engineering teams to uphold production benchmarks, create analytical reports, extract data, and verify incentive program information.


Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 7:30am - 4:00pm

Key Responsibilities:
Conducts analysis and reporting of performance data for daily activities within the distribution and fulfillment center.

Utilizes Labor Management, timekeeping systems, and warehouse management data for performance reporting.

Ensures accuracy of timekeeping entries to guarantee data is accurately reflected in Labor Management systems.

Confirms data feeds from warehouse management systems, including throughput and user information.

Identifies and rectifies any discrepancies or reprocessing challenges within the Labor Management interface.

Understands the pay-for-performance framework and employs Labor Management systems to report on performance metrics.

Processes incentive data weekly to align with payroll submission timelines.

Generates communication regarding incentive payouts for distribution to the operations team.

Acts as the primary contact for all inquiries related to Labor Management performance, throughput, and incentives.

Updates and maintains user information within the Labor Management system.

Identifies new opportunities for tracking within the warehouse environment.

Analyzes and verifies data in the Labor Performance Reporting system on a daily basis.

Monitors and reports on training, productivity, and accuracy metrics for new employees.

Performs additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Highly organized with the ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes.

Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a collaborative environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to track, document, and report on departmental productivity.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:
Experience with Labor Management systems.

Familiarity with productivity tracking systems.

Proficient in MS Office, with experience in timekeeping systems.

Background in data collection and statistical analysis.

Knowledge of distribution center operations and procedures.

Experience in a highly automated distribution or production setting.

Dependable, team-oriented, and demonstrates sound judgment.

Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to work overtime in a dynamic environment.

Travel may be necessary.
