Cocktail Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at El Camino Mexican Kitchen Restaurant, a leading dining establishment in the Platinum Dining Group.

About the Role:

• As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
• You will be expected to have a strong knowledge of classic and creative cocktails, beer, and wine, as well as the ability to interpret guest preferences and make recommendations.
• Accurate accountability of food and beverage sales to each guest is essential, as well as maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• You will also be responsible for ensuring that the bar area is properly inventoried and stocked for the following shift.
• Base knowledge and understanding of the culinary menu is required, as well as the ability to keep an efficient work pace that allows guests at the bar and in the dining room to be satisfied at all times.
• You will be expected to have a general knowledge and understanding of food safety standards, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years' experience working as a bartender in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to multitask and take direction in high-pressure situations.
• Must possess a Delaware Alcohol Server Training Card.
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus.
