Position Details:
Full-time hourly role with compensation ranging from $12.50 to $13.50 per hour, depending on experience. This position is based in Santa Fe, NM, operating out of our Hotel St. Francis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with both colleagues and guests.
  • Adhere to all nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards consistently.
  • Ensure cleanliness and a professional appearance of the bar area.
  • Keep the bar area organized, clean glassware, and be attentive to beverage requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a current New Mexico Alcohol Server Certification.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods in a humid kitchen environment.
  • Capable of lifting, pushing, reaching for, and carrying items weighing 30+ pounds regularly.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in high-volume or fine dining settings.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience/training.
