We are seeking a skilled Metallurgical Engineer I to join our team at ELLWOOD Group Inc. in an entry-level rotational program.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their metallurgical skills and expertise while working on various projects within our organization.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting product and process development, reviewing customer material specifications, and assisting with the development of new grades and processes.
You will also provide technical support for all phases of steel operations, execute and analyze metallurgical testing activities, and identify opportunities for cost reduction and process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct product and process development, including metallurgical reviews and analysis
- Review and analyze customer material specifications to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Assist with the development of new grades and processes to meet customer requirements
- Provide technical support for all phases of steel operations, including manufacturing, quality control, and maintenance
- Execute and analyze metallurgical testing activities to ensure product quality and consistency
