Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs to structural damage, electrical wiring, and equipment.
  • Conduct ongoing facility maintenance and complete repairs on equipment, including setup and installation of new machinery.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and respond to urgent maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate complex maintenance tasks to ensure efficient completion.
  • Enforce Lock Out/Tag Out procedures and follow all safety rules and guidelines.

Work Environment:

Our industrial production environment operates on a second shift schedule, with limited climate control. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent walking during your shift.

Physical Requirements:

You must be able to lift 25 pounds and have the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.

Requirements:

  • Several years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficient with personal computers, including Microsoft Office.
