The role involves inspecting parts, recording inventory adjustments, unloading trucks, sorting through products, and making deliveries when necessary. Additionally, the position includes operating delivery vehicles and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Inventory Management: Receive and process warehouse stock products, perform inventory controls, and maintain quality standards to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Operations: Ensure a clean and safe working environment, operate warehouse vehicles and equipment, and verify load accuracy and acquire necessary signatures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Supply Chain Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of logistics or warehousing experience preferred.
  • Skills: Tire and parts product knowledge required, strong customer service skills, ability to work independently and exercise good judgment, and availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Certifications: Hazmat and/or forklift certification a plus.

Work Environment:

The role involves lifting, carrying, and placing merchandise up to 50 pounds without assistance, standing, walking, pushing, and reaching for extended periods, climbing ladders, and exposure to various weather conditions and chemicals. Candidates must be able to operate a motor vehicle and perform tasks involving repetitive movements, bending, stooping, kneeling, and twisting.
