We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward/Dishwasher to join our team at Palihouse West Hollywood. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all equipment, glassware, and dishware are properly stocked and ready for service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping floors, cleaning equipment, and restocking supplies.
- Work efficiently to ensure that all equipment, glassware, and dishware are properly stocked and ready for service.
- Help maintain all equipment, glassware, and dishware to preserve quality.
- Coordinate with Kitchen Management on cleaning and maintenance of equipment.
- Collect and place produce, proteins, and other necessary ingredients in their respective places.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Must possess a positive attitude and be energetic and outgoing.
- Must be service-oriented and able to work effectively with the rest of the team.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and demonstrate effective time management and coordination.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and professionally, and be able to listen actively to others.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
- Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
