Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in construction management, particularly in a Project Manager role.
  • Strong proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred certifications: LEED Accredited Professional or LEED Green Associate.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and leadership qualities.
