Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team at ProCare Therapy.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in special education, with a focus on working with preschool-aged children in a developmental classroom setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's unique needs.
  • Collaborate with parents, school staff, and specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Manage a dynamic and fluid classroom with a caseload of 3-4-year-old students.
  • Implement teaching strategies and lesson plans that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Requirements:

  • A valid Tennessee Teaching License with Special Education (Pre-K) endorsement.
  • Endorsement in Comprehensive Developmental Classroom teaching.
  • Strong experience working with preschool-aged children and managing special education environments.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role, Monday-Friday (7:45 AM - 3:15 PM).
  • Located at one school site in Lafayette, TN.
