Job Title: Spa and Salon Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Spa and Salon Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the spa and salon, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train spa and salon staff to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Ensure that all spa and salon areas are clean and well-maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any guest complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist the Spa Manager in coaching and evaluating staff performance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Spa Manager.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
  • Must have a proven record of dependability and performance.
