About the Role:

Our firm is currently seeking a seasoned labor and employment attorney to become part of our dynamic team. We specialize in representing both domestic and international clients in complex litigation involving labor and employment issues, class actions, professional liability, general liability, business litigation, and education law matters.

We are interested in candidates with a minimum of 4 years of substantial litigation experience, particularly in advising and defending employers in both state and federal courts. Ideal candidates should be adept at managing cases independently from start to finish and possess significant expertise in discovery and motion practice. Key responsibilities include:
  • Independently oversee cases from initiation to resolution.
  • Assess client needs, identify solutions, and formulate case strategies.
  • Represent clients in court by arguing motions during legal proceedings.
  • Conduct thorough legal research and prepare pleadings, briefs, and motions.
  • Maintain effective communication with partners, associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure successful outcomes.
