Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver non-medical personal care and housekeeping services to clients.
  • Attend to personal care needs as outlined in the company’s guidelines.
  • Transport clients to medical appointments and clinics.
  • Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal hygiene tasks.
  • Perform household tasks as directed by supervisors.
  • Change bedding and manage laundry duties.
  • Prepare meals, grocery shop, and wash dishes.
  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen, bathroom, and client’s living spaces.
  • Conduct light cleaning duties including vacuuming, sweeping, and dusting.
  • Report any unmet requests or unsafe conditions to the staffing director.
  • Ensure reliable and timely documentation of services provided.
  • Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to read and understand regulations and other relevant documents.
  • Must have personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and auto insurance as mandated by law.
  • Prior experience with elderly or disabled individuals is preferred, but training will be provided.
  • Willingness to learn new software and applications quickly.
