Job Title: Service Lead for Red Prairie WMS

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Lead for Red Prairie WMS to join our team at Raas Infotek Corporation. As a Service Lead, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining critical applications within the ASM framework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and assistance in the development and evolution of applicable Business Architecture Capability Models.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application or infrastructure issues related to Red Prairie.
  • Collaborate with senior business leaders, operations, risk, and compliance teams.
  • Represent local business requirements within the global technology organization.
  • Ensure adherence to firm-wide and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee measurement, reporting, and resolution of incidents and problems within Investments IT.
Desired Skills:
  • Red Prairie WMS Technical Skills:
    • Configuration and Customization: Proficiency in configuring and customizing the Red Prairie WMS to meet specific business requirements.
    • System Administration: Ability to manage and maintain the Red Prairie WMS environment, including user access, security settings, and system performance.
    • Integration Knowledge: Understanding of how Red Prairie WMS integrates with other systems (e.g., ERP, inventory management) for seamless data flow.
    • Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to the WMS platform.
  • Business Operating Models: Understand overall business operating models and underlying technical architecture.
  • Collateral Management: Experience with Apex Collateral and Apex SecFin.
  • Business Objects: Familiarity with Business Objects and relevant applications.
  • Leadership and Soft Skills:
    • Team Management: Effective leadership to guide and motivate team members, allocate tasks, and ensure smooth operations
    • Communication: Clear communication with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to address challenges and drive success.
    • Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and adaptability to handle operational issues, optimize processes, and improve service delivery.
    • Customer-Centric Approach: Prioritizing customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.
Desired Experience:
  • Overall 12+ years of Service Lead - Red Prairie experience, including:
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Configuration and Customization.
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience in System administration, troubleshooting, and Troubleshooting resolution.
    • Education: Relevant degrees such as Bachelor's and Master's in Computer Science, Education, Technical, Business, Engineering, or Information Technology.
    • Certifications: Consider certifications like ITIL, CISSP, PMP, ISO, SOC2, ITSM, PCI, AWS, AJAX, and CSS.
