We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Intervention Social Work professional to join our team at Criterion Child Enrichment. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children and their families.

Our experienced team of professionals work closely with families to provide personalized support and guidance, empowering them to become their child's best advocate.
Job SummaryThis role will involve working with families in their homes, community centers, and our early intervention facilities, providing individualized services and support tailored to each child's unique needs. As an Early Intervention Social Work professional, you will be responsible for:
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of infant-toddler development, utilizing this expertise to develop effective intervention strategies
- Participating in trans-disciplinary teams to design and implement comprehensive service plans that meet the diverse needs of children and families
- Providing home-based services to families across our catchment area, including screening, assessment, and family coaching
- Collaborating with community providers to ensure continuity of services, including medical providers, childcare providers, and social service agencies
- Providing service coordination to assigned caseloads, including coordinating Individual Family Service Plans (IFSPs) and ensuring timely delivery of services
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in Social Work, with current licensure as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
- At least two years of pediatric experience, preferably in early intervention or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with families and other stakeholders
- Working knowledge of computer-based technology, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a generous benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, retirement plan with employer contribution, productivity bonuses, and paid time off.
