Salary and Benefits Package
We offer a competitive salary of up to $7,500 per month, accompanied by a generous sign-on bonus of $7,500. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as an HSA option with dependent care, medical, and commuter benefits.
Key Responsibilities and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate degree preferred
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
- Completion of state-regulated CEU requirements
- Valid CPR license
- Experience with EMR software is a plus
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Strong clinical decision-making abilities

Expected Outcomes and Performance Metrics
- Collect and record patient care data in accordance with regulatory agencies and third-party payers
- Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, progress reports, discharge plans, and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Prepare for evaluations, obtain patient history, research unfamiliar diagnoses, and administer tests and measures
- Synthesize evaluation results to formulate diagnosis, goals, prognosis, and plan of care
- Establish treatment plans, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and their support systems, and assess the need for modifications to the plan of care and goals
