Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Class B truck driver to join our team at Kimble Companies. As a residential waste collection driver, you will be responsible for operating heavy-duty waste disposal vehicles and collecting waste and recyclable materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to OSHA and DOT regulations, as well as local, state, and federal laws.
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of vehicles, documenting any mechanical or safety issues.
  • Notify supervisors of accidents, injuries, or property damage.
  • Maintain and update route sheets and driver logs.
  • Attend scheduled safety meetings, information sessions, and trainings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors, such as assisting with other routes to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Valid Class A or B CDL driver's license.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Minimum of 1 year of CDL truck driving experience.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records check.
  • Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Competitive hourly rate: $31.00 per hour.

Work Environment
