- Provide patient education on new diagnoses, chronic disease management, and medication adherence.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Current Illinois license as an RN or LPN.
- Current BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of stress and interruption.
