Nurse Practitioner Job in New York

The Inline Group is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team in New York. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to work in a non-traditional environment, caring for homeless individuals in Manhattan, the Bronx, Brooklyn, and Queens. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to serving the underprivileged and be flexible in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities
  • Advise and counsel clients about their physical and mental health
  • Coordinate care with case management and health education as clinically indicated
  • Coordinate medical care with PCP for chronic and acute non-behavioral health conditions
  • Work in a non-traditional environment, such as non-clinic facilities where homeless people congregate
Qualifications
  • Active NYS license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor with or without US residency and current US work visa
  • Commitment to serving the underprivileged and flexibility in a non-traditional setting
Benefits
