We are currently in search of a Project Architect to become a part of our Bay Area Studios Studio. The Project Architect will deliver design assistance under the guidance of a Senior Job Captain and/or Architect, playing a vital role in project management, design evolution, and contract documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive contract documents (CDs)
  • Review CDs to ensure compliance with project standards, building regulations, and ADA guidelines
  • Collaborate with technical and design teams to address design challenges
  • Oversee projects through the contract administration phase
  • Work alongside engineering consultants to guarantee design adherence
  • Assist with on-site surveys as required
  • Guide junior designers and provide constructive feedback
  • Conduct client consultations to ascertain design needs

Qualifications:

  • Degree in architecture or design
  • Licensed Architect
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate interior design

Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficient in design principles and standards
  • Strong skills in interior architecture detailing
  • Knowledgeable in building systems, codes, and ADA requirements
  • Familiar with contract administration processes
  • Advanced proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to lead and mentor junior staff

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000, based on education and experience.
