We offer a competitive salary range of $35 - $45 per hour, with a $10K sign-on bonus. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, professional development opportunities, and a company-matching 401(k). Requirements include a valid license, registration, or permit to practice in the state of agency operation, ability to implement care plans and communicate findings or changes to the Physical Therapist and physician, and ability to educate patients and their families in basic home safety and medical equipment safety.
