Job OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Advanced Provider to join our team in Baltimore, MD, on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will apply medical techniques and principles under the supervision of a physician, caring for a diverse set of patients with chronic diseases.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to primary and palliative patients in and around Baltimore County.
- Assess patients' health by performing physical examinations, obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories, and creating personalized care plans.
- Effectively communicate with office staff and clinical operations across various internal platforms.
- Develop impressions, diagnoses, and treatment plans that prioritize patient-centered care.
- Foster trust and consult with patients, families, and caregivers during visits.
- Order diagnostic testing as medically necessary and prescribe medications, supplies, and interventions as required.
- Board Certified, with a valid NP or PA certification in the state of Maryland.
- Strong clinical skills, with the ability to accurately and confidently treat, assess, and diagnose.
- Positive demeanor and strong people skills.
- Ability to confidently problem-solve and operate independently.
- 1-2 years of primary care experience with geriatric patients (hospice experience highly preferred but not required).
- A flexible schedule, allowing you to see patients during a schedule that works for you.
- Autonomy, enabling you to feel trusted to provide the best care possible.

We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000-$140,000+ (depending on experience and other incentives) for full-time employees. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and supplementary benefits, paid time off, paid office holidays, paid sick time, 401(k) with up to 3% company match, and a referral program.
