Nuclear Medicine Technologist Position for Traveling Professionals

At MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing, we are seeking a skilled Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our team of traveling healthcare professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in Charleston, South Carolina and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
About the Job:
The primary responsibility of this position is to prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals as well as other medications to patients. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist, you will be responsible for administering radiopharmaceuticals and medications for patient imaging and therapeutic procedures.
You will also process data and enhance digital images using advanced computer technology, provide images, data analysis and patient information for diagnostic interpretation or therapeutic procedures, evaluate images to determine the technical quality and calibration of instrumentation, and assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.

Earnings Estimates:
The estimated salary for this position is $93,400 per year, based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week. However, please note that this is just an estimate and actual earnings may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an AMA approved school for Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Eighteen months of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology
