Core Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse will:

  • Deliver direct nursing care in alignment with established protocols and policies.
  • Develop and oversee patient care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient conditions accurately.
  • Act as the primary coordinator for multidisciplinary patient care.
  • Execute physician and nursing directives effectively.
  • Assess and facilitate patient discharge planning in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • BLS Provider certification required within one month of hire. Accepted from American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Illinois Board of Nursing required prior to employment.

Education:

  • Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure at the time of hire.
