As a critical member of the bakery team, you will be responsible for supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with inventory management and ordering to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Supporting the bakery team in producing high-quality products, including baked goods and prepared foods.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy in handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
