Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at PepsiCo. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for growing sales volume, market share, and product distribution in assigned accounts. You will work closely with store managers to develop and implement sales strategies, manage inventory, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Grow sales volume, market share, and product distribution in assigned accounts
  • Sell product inventory to standard and take inventory to ensure accurate ordering
  • Solicit new business to increase volume and new package distribution within the area boundaries
  • Utilize point-of-purchase materials to stimulate sales and generate selling opportunities
  • Provide excellent service to assigned accounts and create and maintain goodwill with all customers
  • Merchandise product sections and build displays to stimulate sales
  • Complete paperwork in an accurate, legible, and timely manner

Requirements:

  • 18 years or older
  • Must have car or personal transportation to access multi-store locations within assigned shift
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with consumer products, beverage industry, and business-to-business selling
  • Experience with merchandising, inventory management, and financial calculations
  • Experience with managing a route and performing incremental selling
