We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-conscious Conductor Trainee to join our team at BNSF Railway. As a Conductor Trainee, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of freight across our vast network.

• Operate and maintain railcars, locomotives, and other equipment to ensure safe and efficient train movement.
• Monitor and report on train conditions, including speed, clearance distance, and potential hazards.
• Communicate effectively with other crew members and dispatchers to ensure smooth train operations.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.

• At least 18 years of age and able to report for duty at designated work locations.
• Ability to work safely in extreme weather conditions and perform physical tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check, medical review, and drug screen.
