Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Veterinarian to join our team at NewDay Veterinary Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, practicing evidence-based medicine, and fostering a culture of preventive healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Practice in accordance with evidence-based medicine and current NewDay Veterinary Care standards of care.
  • Assist in creating and implementing continuously enhanced veterinary best practice guidelines.
  • Foster a culture of preventive healthcare through education, client partnerships, and wellness programs.
  • Educate the paraprofessional team and clients while being an advocate for pet health through education, treatment plans, appointments, and home healthcare recommendations.
  • Foster an inclusive and collaborative veterinary and resort support team by communicating medical standards, ethical practices, and veterinary knowledge and experience.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Veterinary (DVM/VMD) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university.
  • Current DEA License, Veterinary State License, and USDA Accreditation.
