Tooling Strategist

Vital Force Solutions is looking for a talented Tooling Strategist to develop and implement tooling strategies to support production goals. This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong background in plastic forming technologies.

This position involves managing new tool construction projects, collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient tooling design and implementation, and designing and developing new tooling, fixtures, and gages to support production activities.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $130,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, 15+ years of experience in the Injection molding industry with focus on tool design, and 10+ years in supervisory and management capacity.

• Managing new tool construction projects.
• Collaborating with engineering and production teams to ensure efficient tooling design and implementation.
• Designing and developing new tooling, fixtures, and gages to support production activities.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have direct hands-on experience in Mold design and construction, experience working with various polymers, and proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
