Job Overview

Volt is looking for a skilled Computing Environment Associate to join our team in Greeneville, TN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting our computing infrastructure and collaborating with colleagues to achieve goals.

About the Position
  • Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.

The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our computing environment, ensuring that our systems run efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain standard processes or operations, including imaging computers, replacing printer toner, and resolving trouble tickets.
  • Document recording and distributing information, including updating assets, following KB articles, and following unit-specific processes.
  • Responsible for effective e-mail communications, creating and maintaining basic documents, and recognizing problems with supported processes or operations.
  • Maintain equipment, supplies, and data supporting processes or operations.
  • Apply some technical knowledge in the support of processes or operations.
Requirements
  • Degree in an Information Technology discipline or equivalent experience.
  • High School or secondary diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year or more IT experience preferred, but recent college graduates will be considered.
