Surgical Technician

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Surgical Technician to join our team in Montana. This is a permanent position that offers a great opportunity to work with a top-tier healthcare organization.

Job Summary:

The Surgical Technician will work under the guidance of the Registered Nurse to ensure the care and safety of patients during surgical procedures. This role requires technical assistance in the Operating Room and knowledge of patient care across various age groups.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the operating room with the nursing staff in a timely and organized manner, adhering to asepsis principles.
• Clean, disinfect, and sterilize equipment in the OR and Endoscopic Lab.
• Coordinate patient care with the RN Circulator.
• Stock and replace CS items, prepare CS inventory sheets.
• Maintain a sterile field during surgical procedures.
• Assist physicians during surgical procedures.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Current CST Certification (preferred).

Additional Information:

• Location: Havre, MT.
• Job Type: Full-time.
• Shift: 7am – 3:30pm MST.
• Salary range: $40K - $50K + Benefits (Health, dental, life, disability insurance and FLEX/HSA benefits available with 403-b option).

Offered pay range will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
