Steward - Floater

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward Floater to join our dynamic team at the University of Southern California. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our dining facilities, ensuring a positive experience for our guests, students, faculty, and staff.

• Provide exceptional customer service to faculty, staff, students, and guests
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of dining facilities, including the front and back of the house
• Perform daily maintenance duties, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils
• Assist in kitchen sanitation programs and adhere to standard food handling and sanitation procedures
• Report to station, ready to work at the scheduled start time

• High school diploma or equivalent not required
• 0-6 months of experience in customer service or a related field
• Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to effectively communicate in English
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in a restaurant or high-volume banquet and catering operation
