Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC/R Service Technician II to join our team at Comprehensive Energy Services Inc. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service and Repair
    • Conduct routine and emergency service calls to diagnose and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
    • Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and extend equipment lifespan
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and support to commercial customers
    • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Technical Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest HVAC/R technologies and industry developments
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of commercial HVAC/R systems and equipment
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work collaboratively with other service technicians and support staff to achieve team goals and objectives
    • Participate in on-call rotations and provide support to colleagues as needed
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial HVAC/R service and repair
    • Experience with multiple manufacturer's equipment and systems
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Post-secondary education in HVAC/R or related field preferred
  • Certifications and Licenses
    • Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification required
    • Valid driver's license required
    • OSHA 10 certification preferred

    • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
    • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and tools
