Job Summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a renowned school district in Orlando, FL.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Evaluate students' communication skills and identify areas of need.
  • Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Create personalized plans to address students' communication disorders.
  • Provide Direct Therapy Services: Deliver speech and language therapy to students in a school setting.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress.
  • Maintain Accurate Documentation: Record and report students' progress and treatment plans.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree: In Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
  • Active State License: In Speech-Language Pathology in Florida.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence: In Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Clinical Fellowship Year: Candidates encouraged to apply.
  • Experience: Working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school setting.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
